svrlist: Quick method to display server list when connected

Description: Display the server list when connected in a multiplayer game.

• To display the page, the command is svrlist
  • This worked in mind with a bind key. E.g. bind ins svrlist

Setup: Unzip and put this to SOF PLATINUM/base
NOTE: Because the menu is made in conjunction with Sofplus function. Do not use the menu command to open it, and simply execute it directly with the svrlist command. The function will handle the rest.
NOTE2: The list does not feature a scroll bar. If it exceed the number to display (which is close with the 480p resolution), I will make an update to it.
